New CISA medical advisory ICSMA-26-295-01: InterSystems IRIS for Health, CVE-2026-111594 (CVSS v4 9.2). TLS is off by default, so credentials can be sniffed and reused to log in. Fix is setting superserver TLS to "Required". CISA https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/ics-medical-advisories/icsma-26-295-01
