VulnSocial aggregates and presents vulnerability-related information from public sources and social signals to help prioritise risk. The Service is informational and does not constitute security, legal, or compliance advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload our systems without authorisation.
• Do not scrape or automate access in a way that conflicts with our technical or rate limits.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and original content are owned by VulnSocial or its licensors. CVE and NVD data remain subject to their respective sources and licenses.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or up to date. You rely on the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VulnSocial and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify VulnSocial against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind VulnSocial, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
