🚨 CRITICAL - Unauthenticated SQL Injection in GisLab Laboratory Management System (CVE-2026-8297) GisLab Laboratory Management System is vulnerable to SQL injection in its web application backend, allowing unsafe user-supplied input to reach database queries. The root cause is improper neutralization of special elements used in SQL commands (improper input validation/parameterization failure). An attacker can exploit this remotely by sending crafted requests to vulnerable endpoints/parameters without needing valid credentials if the affected interface is exposed. Successful exploitation can lead to full database compromise including data exfiltration/modification, authentication bypass via credential theft, and potentially remote code execution depending on database features and server configuration. 👉 Affected: GisLab Laboratory Management System 1.4.03 through 08072026 | No fix yet - treat as suspicious

    Post summary

GisLab Laboratory Management System is vulnerable to an unauthenticated SQL injection (CVE-2026-8297) that could allow full database compromise and possibly remote code execution; no patch is available yet.
